About the Artist
Relentless Jones (RJ) has been playing around Austin, Texas since 2005. From Antone’s to The Roost to The Saxon Pub, to MoMo’s and Darwin’s on 6th, we’ve seen a thousand faces and rocked them all. With a guest appearance by Storyville’s Malford Milligan on our last album, we were able to pay a small tribute to the live music scene we’ve known and loved for a long time. RJ is all about playing original, groove-infused rock ‘n roll with some bite and a lot of taste.
For over 30 years, The Coffee Sergeants have taken their audiences on delightful trips to the far away reaches of their mind’s eyes…with safe passage back to Austin Texas. The great Jo Carol Pierce once said ‘it’s like a little psychedelic trip without the negative side effects’. From dreamy acoustic pop-ballads to the grungiest wall-of-guitar rock-anthems, there’s a little something for everyone.
